A bit of my thoughts

Life is not a smooth path to walk on a starry night all alone

D-test result!

I got a phone call from the teacher today, and she told me the scores on all parts. So here they are;
reading = 31/40
listening = 18/20
writing = G*
speaking = G
Total = G
In summer class i got VG**

I was so relieved that I passed all the parts. However, I was a bit disappointed on the reading part, but I knew that I didn't do so well. It was early in the morning, the night before the exam I cried. I woke up with a bit of headache, I had only a few bites of chocolate. So basically, I wasn't even ready for the exam lol When I got the reading papers, geeez I was a bit confused because I didn't know where to start!

The reading parts contained 2 separated papers, which are part A and part C. The C part was difficult because it concerned vocabulary, which I have seen only some of them. There was 1 word I knew I did choose the right answer; omedelbart. It means immediately in english and genast in swedish :D you know why? 'cos I saw it on a paper from a bank! The word was underlined so I learned that word since then!

Anyway, I'm happy that I passed the test I'd been worried about. Now It's time to focus on the upcoming class on monday. It's called SAS grundläggande, which means Swedish as a second language, fundamental. The course is basically for one who has passed D-test which is the last test on SFI: swedish for immigrants course. After the D-test, you can study and work at the same time since you have the transcript from SFI, which's been said that immigrants should get in order to work. On the other hand, some immigrants consider to work rather than finish their study. Some are satisfied, some regret. One of my classmate told me that it's better to finish SFI, then you can just work. Why? so your employers will know that you can actually communicate and understand swedish right, or if you wanna have a well-paid job.

Well, i'm out of what I wanna say right now, but hopefully that you guys will keep reading my blog :)

Note:
* G means godkänd in swedish, which means approved in english. I could only get G because there's only G or IG; not approved.
**VG means väl godkänd, which means well approved. It's the highest grade you can get.

Back to work :=)

There´s a couple of things I´d like to point out. First, I'm going to change the language from swedish to english, in that case, everyone can understand completely. Second, I'm not very good on keeping track with blogging so the dates between blogs are might be very different. Third, I miss ALL of my friends. No matter where you guys are; Thailand, the States, Australia, etc.

Anyway, some of you guys might have seen the pictures from Kvikkjokk trip on facebook, and some might not. I loveeeeeeeeeeeeee the trip. Every once i awhile if you can go to a mountain and climb to the top, DO IT! It's really darn beautiful up there! I took a lot of pictures myself, and I think I might be good at doing that. So I'm thinking about studying photography when I have some time off. Well, I think I can work as a freelance? lol I don't know :P I'm gonna post some of my favorite photos here, some that I took myself :D

Today is very sunny outside, so I think I might go out and run for a bit. Though I don't wanna run alone, but I guess I should start doing that. Jon is coming back on 18th, so it's pretty boring when you have no one around, especially, one you see, talk to, go out with every single day. But I guess it's a good thing. A little some time off from each other will make us miss each other even more :P Last night I thought that it might be fun if we could go out to a restaurant or a movie once a month, like a date hehe so we wouldn't get bored of each other :P
